| | | | Our family is a normal everyday family that has a busy life at home in the UK what with work school and making sure the villa run's smoothly, So our holidays away together are special for us, we love going to our home in Florida. The kids get so excited when they know we are going and as soon as we arrive at the home no matter how sleepy they are they race in and check to see if there Mickey and Princess bedrooms are still there, then they check the pool before sitting down to eat pizza. Then bed until the 4am wake up!!!!!
This is the way it always is for us no matter how often we go, but it is also what memories are made of. We want to share our wonderful home with you so you can make your own special memories too.
THINGS TO DO AND SEE Overlooking the Gulf of Mexico, Clearwater Beach is known for its broad, white beach- perfect for sunning, swimming, shelling and just plain relaxing. A large sports fishing fleet harbors at the Clearwater Marina where boats can be chartered for deep sea fishing. Sightseeing cruises on the Gulf are also available. Clearwater Beach is connected to Clearwater by a 2.5-mile beautifully landscaped causeway. | The place to be for fun-seekers, Daytona offers a variety of activities for the young-at-heart. Enjoy boating, swimming and sunbathing on this 23-mile stretch of sand and surf. Take a walk along the busy Boardwalk, where vendors sell their wares, and where arcades and miniature golf beckon. Concerts and other free entertainment are offered at the Bandshell, and many period facades from the 1930s remain intact. Look for the Ponce de Leon Inlet Lighthouse, the second-tallest lighthouse in the US. Daytona perhaps is best known for racing. The Daytona International Speedway offers a variety of racing events throughout the year, as vehicles from go-karts to motorcycles to Winston Cup-class cars vie for the checkered flag. Other fast sports in Daytona include Jai alai and Greyhound Racing.
